2. User Accounts
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for the accuracy of the information they provide.
3. Marketplace Rules
All listings must be accurate, lawful, and relevant to agricultural commerce. Prohibited items may be removed without notice.
4. Subscription Terms
Seller subscriptions are billed monthly and processed securely through Paystack. Subscription access may be suspended if payments fail or accounts violate the platform rules.
5. Limitation of Liability
Farmpro is provided on an as-is basis and is not liable for disputes between buyers and sellers, delivery delays, or outcomes outside the platform's control.
